Little River Company LLC ("Little River Distillery", "we", "us", or "our"), located at 73 NW 71st Street, Miami FL 33150, operates the Little River Members Club and its associated member portal at members.thelittleriverco.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

When you join the Little River Members Club or purchase a private barrel, we collect:

• Name and email address — to create and manage your member account
• Phone number — if provided, used only to send you notifications about events and membership updates via SMS or WhatsApp
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details on our servers
• Booking and reservation data — records of events you have booked, sections you have reserved, and venue buyout requests
• Barrel information — details about your private barrel including age, liquid type, and withdrawal history
• Communication preferences — your preferred method of contact (email, SMS, or WhatsApp)

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively to:

• Create and manage your Little River membership account
• Process barrel purchases and reservations
• Send you notifications about events, limited releases, and membership updates through your preferred channel
• Manage your venue bookings and buyout requests
• Send transactional emails such as booking confirmations, barrel allocation notices, and membership renewals
• Contact you about your membership if necessary

3. We Do Not Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise share your personal information — including your name, email address, or phone number — with any third party for their own marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes.

The only circumstances under which your information may be accessed by third parties are:

• Service providers — we use Stripe for payment processing, Twilio/SendGrid for SMS and email delivery, and Microsoft 365 for email. These providers access only the minimum information necessary to perform their service and are contractually bound to protect your data
• Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or government authority

None of these providers use your information for their own marketing purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.^[1]

4. SMS and WhatsApp Communications

If you provide your phone number and opt in to SMS or WhatsApp notifications, you may receive messages from Little River Distillery about events, limited releases, and membership updates.

• Your phone number is never shared with or sold to any third party
• Message frequency varies — typically 2–4 messages per month
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS, or by updating your communication preferences in the member portal
• Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Passwords are stored using industry-standard encryption (bcrypt). Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your membership is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
