These Messaging Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern SMS communications sent by Little River Company LLC ("Little River Distillery", "we", "us", or "our") to members of the Little River Members Club. By checking the SMS opt-in box on our registration form, you agree to these Messaging Terms and Conditions.
Little River Distillery operates a members-only messaging program to communicate directly with Members Club members. Messages are sent only to individuals who have an active Little River membership and have explicitly opted in via our website form.

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Little River Distillery does not charge any additional fees for messages sent through this program. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Messages are supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers. Neither Little River Distillery nor the message delivery providers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your phone number and personal information are used solely to deliver messages related to your Little River membership. We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your phone number to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.
Messages are delivered through Twilio, a third-party messaging platform. Twilio processes your phone number solely for the purpose of message delivery and is contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify active members by email. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued receipt of messages after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our messaging program shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
